Our granulate production lines are designed for efficient and precise processing of end-of-life tires into high-quality rubber granules. The system involves multiple shredding stages, followed by the separation of steel cord, granulation to a 1–5 mm fraction, and final removal of textile fibers. Thanks to a modular design and a wide range of configuration options, the lines can be tailored to the needs of both small-scale facilities and large industrial operations. The entire system is built with durable, low-maintenance components to ensure reliable and continuous operation.

Step-by-Step Process
Sorting
Classification of tires by type:
• light - motorcycle tires, for passenger cars and van
• heavy - truck tires and industrial-agricultural (OTR).
Clearing
Removal of dirt and foreign bodies such as sand, mud and stones that could cause premature wear of some machines components.
Removal of side reinforcement
In the case of heavy tires (truck and OTR tires), it may be necessary to separate the thick steel reinforcement from the tire base (the area in contact with the rim) using a device - Tire Debeader, which is also in our offer. Tire Debeader significantly increases the life of shredders and granulators
Shredding
A mechanical process using various types of shredders and granulators which produces the following raw material fractions:
Separation
Separation of auxiliary components from the main raw material using magnetic and vacuum separators and vibrating screens.

Alternative Fuel (TDF) Production Lines
Our TC lines for the production of alternative fuel TDF (Tire Derived Fuel) process used tires into high-calorific chips with a 30 – 80mm fraction. TDF is widely used in various industrial facilities, such as cement plants, combined heat and power plants, pulp and paper mills, and chemical plants.
Upon request, we offer the possibility to customize the machines configuration to meet the required throughput.
Upgrade to TDF Premium
We offer the option to equip all our TC lines for TDF alternative fuel production with a second-stage shredder – the Rasper. This solution enables the production of TDF Premium – high-quality chips with a 10 – 30mm fraction, while simultaneously separating the steel cord.
